HOME to our residents means nothing has changed but the location!

Our residents can still enjoy their preferred meals, sociable activities, style of dressing, family orientated outings and daily routines. 

Everything is done and made to fit around our residents and what they desire.

HOME means family, safety, the best care, fun and much more to us. 

We are committed to providing our residents with excellent care and taking all of their wants and needs into consideration for what HOME means to them.

We provide services for ambulatory to semi ambulatory residents with dementia and Alzheimer's. 

We also provide services for the cognitively disabled.

We want our residents to be able to continue to enjoy things they were doing before they joined us.

We want to make meals, sociable activities, housekeeping, ADLs and much more a wonderful experience for both residents and staff. Therefore, we take into consideration our residents' culture and preferences when engaging with them and providing services. 

Everyone is different in their own way and not everyone enjoys the same things, we understand that.

The purpose of our lives is to feel happy and live a peaceful life. Building Blocks for the Elderly's mission is to provide a safe place away from what we used to call home. Our goal is to make our residents feel like they never moved out of their own home. We want to enrich the lives of those we serve and continue to promote assisted living and independent living.
